Fever after vaccination of fluquardi H1N

Asked for Female, 4 Years

My daughter was given vaccine yesterday for H1N1 fluquardi and now she has been having 100 fever since yesterday ..with constantly 4 hourly crocin, fever isn't going away ..now it reached to 102 ..we have given meftal P ..any other recommendation ?

Hello, fever is generally not associated with flu vaccine. Your daughter may be suffering from seasonal viral fever. Paracetamol is recommended for each episode of fever with a gap of 5 to 6 hours between the doses.
