Fever after angioplasty.

Asked for Male, 67 Years

My 67 yr old father has undergone angioplasty 5 days back and has developed fever. Dr has given him Ceftum 500. He has consumed 2 tabs of Ceftum But fever is coming back. Also he was having constipation for 2 days so we gave him looz syrup. After that he is having loose motions.

Fever is known to be part of any acute coronary syndrome. You can take Tab Calpol 650 mg three to four times a day for 4-5 days. Constipation is usually part of every hospitalisation, you need to stop loose syrup.
