Fever 103 and headache from last 3 days
My baby 5 yrs old suffering from fever and headache from last 3 days . Medicine cefixime 100 mg , and paracetamol 250 mg syrup not working , pls suggest any other medicine for my baby.

Hi
headache along with fever-spike is not as dangerous, but still requires early review.
Headache relieved with vomiting, persistent vomiting, altered behaviour, irritability, drowsiness, neck pain, ....all requires urgent review, as can be suggestive of brain fever or serious systemic infection.

please understand that medications can't be prescribed without reaching a diagnosis: fever with headache isn't a diagnosis.

For symptomatic relief of headache, oral Paracetamol 10mg/kg/dose every 6 hours can be given them to still till Dr's review.
