Fever 102.7 and runny nose
As sudden with the journey, my kid is on fever with 102.7 since 9pm today. Having runny nose since 7 day for which im giving him Allerid 3.5ml. Can you plz let me know the medicine for tonight. I have the apptmnt for my doc 2mrw

Syrup alerid is fine. Give him a dose at night. For the fever do a little cold fomentation and give syrup Calpol..5ml
