Fetal MCA shows increased diastolic flow
Hi, I am almost 37 weeks pregnant. My doppler showed increased diastolic flow with reduced PI, RI, S/D ratios suggestive of Cerebral Redistribution. The doctor suggested for a planned delivery at 38 weeks. I want to understand what does it mean, how it affects to the baby and will my baby be small (though the fetal weight in ultrasound is about 2.39 kgs) or will my baby have any health issues post delivery? I am worried sick. What is the normal range for MCA at this stage? Also attaching the scan here. Please guide.
