Fertisure M vs Addyzoa for low sperm
I have been diagnosed with Oligoasthenospermia, I did my semen analysis as per gynaecologist. After diagnosis doctor suggested me to take Fertisure M. This week I consulted ayurveda doctor for the same. He said to take Addyazoa and fertisure M will not any difference. I started fertisure M since 1 week. Should I continue fertisure M for next 2 months or start Addyzoa? Which will help me?

Both these tablets contain antioxidants... They are not going to increase your sperm count... They might improve motility to certain extent.. I guess a thorough physical and hormonal check is warranted...
