Hai, I'm 29 years old female diagnosed with pcos in Feb 2018, since then using dronis 30, aldactone 50mg bid and metformin 500 thrice a day, now I want to concieve so can I start using apcod sachet and stop all these medications in a month??

Yes. Stop dronis and Aldactone. Take apcod.. exercise for 30 min daily..if u don't get periods regularly, meet a fertility expert
