Fertility issue
I hv irregular periods and my follicles are not growing.on day 8 they were 6.25and 7.33mm.and on day10 they wr 7mm in both ovarieas and on day 12 the size were same endometrium size on day 12 is 7mm ..i have pcos problem..i have 5 yrs old daughter .my doctr suggested few medicines and hcg shots for next cycle ...what is the problem..is it possible that i m not having ovulation every month or what though i m having fertile mucus everymonth.

Yes most likely its anovulatory cycles. You may benefit from ovulation induction

Yes.  In case of PCOS...cycles are anovulatory. You should undergo ovulation induction and follicular .
