I am 24 and I have recently started doing mastrubation, earlier i didn't get orgasm but now I get but sometimes it gets over bearing and I have to stop. I feel very tired and fatigue after that. I think masturbation should not be repeated more than once a week on regular basis , once in a while can do twice in a week. Whenever you are doing give enough time and involve intensely and though as well as activity (by which way you are doing or feeling better). Don’t try to analyse much yourself. Just try to enjoy.
