Dear , dont worry
Keep ur leg elevated beneath two pillow
Keep your leg in warm water with little salt added for 15 min then apply coconut oil to leg and rest ,
Avoid your excercise till u get relief .
Avoid oily spicy food
Still u have problem consult doctor
