My father blood sugar level is 372. He is feeling weak in one side leg and hand . BP is 160/80 please suggest for his symptoms.

If this high sugars for first time better to go for HbA1c test to confirm diabetes. If he is diabetic then he needs treatment modification for diabetes and hypertension. Needs detailed history for weakness. Consult endocrinologist.
