Feeling Vomiting and pain in lower stoma
From last few days, I am feeling like Vomiting and sometimes getting a pain in lower stomach. Generally period happens 3rd of every month but for this month looks like I missed it. Can you please suggest that is this a pregnancy symptoms.

Better to check Morning urine sample for pregnancy. If negative , it can be due to other causes like acidity .
