Feeling very depressed. Help me please

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am 25+ now, married for one year, had my first miscarriage on 1st feb 2018. But after that I didn't get my period. I did an usg. The report was multifollicular ovaries. Doctor prescribed me femilon on 17th March 2018. I took the last pill on April 8th. But I didn't get my period yet. After my miscarriage 2months passed. But why not the periods happens? Will the period happen in few days or there is any problem? I am very concern about my next pregnancy. Should it affect my next pregnancy?

Wait for more 5_7 days if not get done again ultrasonography and tsh level also.Test for serum prolactin also do that is also one of the cause not getting period on time.
