My daughter has been saying from yesterday night that she is feeling vertigo..I am confused what to do ?

How old is she ? Has she ever had any ear problems? Give her half tablet if Vertigon 25 mg tablet and see if she responds to that. If not then get her shown to a nearby Paediatrician as soon as possible

Maintain proper hydration with lots of liquid and ORS solution.
Do monitor the temperature.
If the condition persist get the child physically examined by a pediatrician.
