I had. Afeeling of uneasyness since 3days... Got urine test done today

Pus cell - 1-2
Epithelial cell - 4-5
Color - pale yello
Appearance - slightly turbid.
We are ttc. Shall we abstain togetherness for time being?
Will it go away on its own by having plenty of water or i need to take medicine ? Because i am scared it will effect my chances of conceiving.
Can only insert tablet work??

Take lots of fluid and use intimate wash. If still not relieved thn you hv to take medicines.
