Hello,
For weight control eat in time at regular intervals.Have lots of vegetable salads,and a fruit daily.Less carbohydrate,high protein,less fat and high fibre diet should be followed.Have 2-3 almonds or walnuts.For your lethargy and weakness check your Vit D3. If it is low take supplements which will solve most most of your problems.
Also check your thyroid profile.
