Feeling symptoms of oral Cancer. Neck.

Yet I have not visited to any Clinic for diagnosis of Mouth Cancer. As I am assuming the same that I have been caught by Mouth Cancer by following symptoms I am feeling. My age is 44 Years (Gender : Male) I am having habit of Chewing Raw Tobacco from last 15 Years.. Now I am feeling that I have had mouth Cancer. As some of symptoms are matching with Mouth cancer.  1) Right side Jaw is feeling heavier than left side Jaw. 2) Cheek inner layer is feeling Thicker. 3) Sometimes some words can't able to speak immediately and fluently as earlier. 4) Sometimes Pain in Jaw. Buy sometimes their will be no pain also. 5) Pain in Right Ear. 6) Coughing and chest feeling Block 7) Due to coughing, pain in neck. 8) Also feeling small lumps in neck.
