Feeling shakiness and weakness

I have pcod and i was prescribed metformin glyciphage 500 mg i am taking it twice a day but from last one week I feel very week and my hands shake it's like hypoglycemia should I stop taking metformin

First get a glucometer and measure your Sugars especially during the the episodes of of weakness. Then with the readings re consult your doctor.
