Feeling of lump in throat

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am 27 year old women. Since last few weeks I was suffering from nuisea and gastric and constant burp. I had done endscopy and result is nothing severe but acid reflux.With medication nuisea is gone but now I feel a constant lump in my throat and it gets worse when I lie down or after having food.Even pantacid medicines are not working.Pls suggest
