I feel a kind of lump in right breast. It doesn't pains but a bit worried about it. Is this a serious problem ?

Go to a gynaecologist and get yourself examined. There are some lumps which are benign. Don't worry ..It may not be that serious. However a test called Fnac might be suggested ...Just to be cautious.
