Feeling of earthquake
For the past couple of months I have been regularly getting a feeling of earthquake. It happens suddenly while I am sitting on chair or standing. Not sure what it is. I also have severe pain in lower legs regularly. It feels as is f someone is crushing and twisting my legs.  Please suggest something.

Please consult Ortho surgeon to rule out nerve compression in the lower back.If required you may have to undergo investigations like X-ray or MRI. Muscle cramps maybe other reasons.
