Feeling of dizziness

Whenever I walk in extreme heat conditions I feel dizziness and heaviness in breathing. It has started to happen after I recently had heat exhaustion due to walking in day for 3 km. Earlier I didnt have problem with sun. Now I cant tolerate it. IT employee and new to Hyderabad. Plz help...
