Don’t worry. In children this is usually due to gastritis, mild reflux or sometimes worm infestation, Continue the prescribed medicines like Ranitidine for a few more days. Give small frequent meals, avoid oily/spicy foods, and ensure good hydration. Milk is not compulsory; other foods are fine. If vomiting or poor appetite continues for a few more days, please bring the child for review so we can examine and decide if any tests or deworming are needed
Give medicine for worms
Do blood test CBC crp urine
And do abdomen and pelvis
No need to worry about
Avoid maida made food biscuits khari
Avoid bitter and spicy food
Greetings
It is concerning that your son's symptoms are persisting and he is now experiencing nausea and a loss of appetite. These new symptoms, occurring while on medication, require an urgent follow-up with his pediatrician to re-evaluate his condition and the current treatment plan.
The feeling of vomiting and refusal to eat could be related to his underlying issue or a reaction to the medication, and a doctor needs to determine the exact cause.
