Feeling náusea and sickness

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I use 1 mifepriston and 2 misoprostal Tablet. Then í have bleeding and discharges. And after bleeding í checks it shows a positive pregnancy test .now 1 week later í feel nausea and sickness. Is Still í am pregnant????
