Hi doctor from last one month after peeing while washing it i feel like little flesh is coming out from my back..i can feel it when I'm washing my ass. Can you please tell me is that piles ? I am worried and tell some good medicine. It's not much and no blood just flesh i Can feel it's coming out. Help me
