U need Neurosurgery advice and as I m a Neurosurgeon according to me it's probably cervical pain.get x-ray cervical spine...start tb pregabaline 75 mg hs, tb lupritin SR 1 BD, tb zerodol-MR 1 BD, tb pan 40 Od...hot fomentation neck twice a day, do not lift heavy objects, no neck pillow, neck strengthening exercises
