Feeling dizzy and too weak

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am 32 years old. Ten days ago,I had heart pounding, short of breath, shakiness, chills, vomiting, and diarrhea, but slowly after taking some meds, these have gradually subsided, but the dizziness and lethargic weakness is still persistent, and interacting my daily activities. I am on some medications. Please advise what these symptoms are ?
