Feeling dizziness qhile sleeping

When I am sleeping on the bed I m feeling like dizziness , my eyes also starts moving and also I feel like everything is shaking and when I am moving my head while I m having dizziness its happening more and my head is paining ,at the back side of the head, even I am feeling vomiting

Dizziness has several causes. Anxiety, positional vertigo, low BP low sugar levels, cervical spondylosis etc are some of the common causes. Depending on the cause the treatment will vary. There is no SINGLE treatment for dizziness. You need a detailed neurological evaluation to find the cause and get treated accordingly. Best regards.
