Feeling dizziness and nausea

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My periods date is 23rd of last month I had unprotected sex with my husband twice after my last period and I missed it. Now from past few days I'm feeling giddy and nausea and even have a severe cramping in lower part of my stomach. And recently I spotted little bit of blood spotting from my vagina but that is not like normal period the color of blood is very light. Should i wait for few more days to see whether my periods are about to come or should I go for pregnancy test.
