Starting last year, i start feeling awful when i eat bread, crackers, oat meal, pasta, french fries, or soy sauce. I vomit, my stomach hurt, I'll have panic attacks and feel depressed. It lasts for three days.
After that i feel normal again. When i don't foods like that i feel fine again. Starting last year, I feel like my body hates those foods i dont know why
