Feeling anxiety low pulse rate

Asked for Male, 67 Years

I am a 67 yr old patient of diabetes and high blood pressure. Today i was feeling anxiety a lot. When checked my bp it was 146/79 whereas my pulse was 55. What should i do. My mouth feels dry
