Hi, my mother is complaining of too much light/ shine in the eye. She says as if she sees a bright light in one of her eyes halfway through. Had seen few doctors but no one is telling anything clearly. Please help. Really worried for her.

This may be due to vitreous traction on retina.
In old age, vitreous detaches from retina ....during this process, it exerts some traction on retina leading to flashes...
