I am normal usually, but when I think about sex precum oozing out more which cause white patches in my underwear transcending my pants too, very embarassing. At the same time when I think about sex it cause me to urinate. At that time when I stroke my penis immediately I ejaculate semen. Please give me advice sir do I need to consult a urologist?
