Feel tenderness in my breast

My period cycle duration is of 30 days and this month my last date of periods was 2nd of feb and we had sex on 8 of feb after 3 hours i take unwanted 72 and after 1 day i start feeling nausea and it remains for 3 days and now its day 8th i feel tenderness in my breast
