Is the baby is still crying after giving milk?
Is the baby is crying for feeds earlier than before?(1 hour after feed which was earlier 2 hours after feed)?
Is the baby asking for feeds frequently than before?
Is the urine output of the baby has come down?
Is the weight gain less than the expected when plotted on the graph ?
If any of the above answer is yes your milk may not be sufficient.
