Low milk output or insufficient feeding due to pain . Have shatavari powder and galactogogues.Wt loss is normal for 1st 10 days of about 200gm to 300 gm. Pain is very common in most mothers but it subsides in a few weeks. Be patient and keep feeding. If u feel output is low you can give top feed for once.
