Hello there, if her current weight at 1.2 months has reduced to 1.77kgs.?? It's a serious concern.  Kindly share proper weight. We shall talk on this. It's serious. Kindly do consult online and get prescribed properly with history. I shall see and explain you wherever the lacunas are. 1. Breastfeeding, latching technique 2. Infection or any disease ..which needs to be investigated. 3. Your milk supply increase. 4. Danger signs in baby

Baby weight will reduce in 1st week by 10% it is normal But we have to feed the baby every 2nd hrly will 6 months for adequate weight gain and dont add any complementary feeds Baby should gain weight by 30gms/kg/day for first 3months If it is less then we have to increase the feed frequency Check baby urine output and well being
