No it’s not ok 2 times enough, I saw many causes land in pure fe deficiency, PEM ; protein needed.If use nipple that is lead to Behaviour problems.

No, maximum milk allowed per day should not exceed 500ml. She needs other nutrients from her diet. For understanding how to plan her meals, kindly reach out on practo individually.

Twice a day is ok. If she drinks milk for so many times she will eat less the other things. Milk alone cannot meet her nutritional requirement
