My baby is 1 month old but born 1 month premature though trying to keep her on motherfeed but once in 24 hrs we do give him formula feed ..... my question is how do i calculate his feed ? Whether on 1 month or corected age because lactogen just provide age but nt based on premature

Feed for newborn and infant should be demand feed. How much ever they need, whenever they need, they ll take.
So once the baby shows sign of "enough for me", then you stop it. Over feeding beyond they will result in regurgitation and aspiration into lungs.
