Febrile seizure with fever
My son had milf febrile seizure when he was one year old. Now again he got febrile seizure when the temperature was 100.4. We took him hospital in the morning and they gave frisium 5 mg tablet. And then some.injections fever got reduced. We r giving paracetamol 250 on 6 hours gap Now again in night, his temperature increased to 100.4.
Will he get seizure again.. should I admit him in hospital. All I'm doing is giving paracetamol 250 in 6 hours gap also as a precaution I took another frisium 5 mg now.. experts.. please advice..

He should not get seizure again. Detailed family and personal history is needed. What did the pediatrician say? Follow his advice. Frisium should be continued twice a day at correct dose for 3 days at least. How many days of fever? If more than 48 hours , admit the child for close monitoring
