Febrile seizure
My baby girl 10 months old. Today she screamed suddenly. After tat she got fits which lasted for 5 min. We chkd her temperature. It was 98.6. After half an hour we chkd it was 100.4. why does fits come before fever? This is the third time for her. She got fits two weeks back. Wer much worried. We sprayed midcep. Two days back we have typhoid vaccination. Would that be the cause?? But why did she scream bfr this.
Pls suggest.

Baby needs evaluation. Will also need blood tests and Will need EEG and probably MRI. But first let the fever be treated. Pediatric neuro opinion also is necessary.
