Fearful of heart block

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I'm been fatigued for the passed five days. 2 nights ago I was in the ER fatigued and short of breath. Docs listened to my heart and gave me the short EKG, they never said it was normal but I'm sure I would've stayed there if it wasn't CBC was normal, metabolic panel was normal. But other than weakness, depersonalization, and one day of lower than normal heart rate. I have no symptoms. I have manifested the thought that I have lyme carditis/block
