I didn't consciously secreted any semen inside her and next day morning within 12 hours she had taken the unwanted 72 medicine. From 19th (after 12 days) , she had fist severe back pain & 2 day spotting and now mouth dryness. She is fearing that she might be pregnant. Pl guide us what shall we do ? We cannot get pregnant.

Ipill has a very high success rate. Don't worry she won't get pregnant. Only side effect if ipill is that it postpones the next coming period.

We calculate every menstrual cycle, from the first day of bleeding, not the last. As per the details given by you, I understand that she has not missed a period yet. She should be due her next period at the end of this month. If you have not had unprotected intercourse before this episode, I would advise her to do a urine pregnancy test if she misses her period this month. The postcoital pill that she has taken is quite effective, but there is no 100% guarantee. The spotting (if not coinciding with her expected date of commencement of periods), may be due to hormonal imbalance or withdrawal in this cycle.
