It is not postpartum PREECLAMPSIA. It is postpartum ECLAMPSIA or postpartum hypertension. For further discussion please consult a Gynaecologist on Practo. Just remember that there can be many causes for raised BP other than placenta. More males (than females) suffer from hypertension and they don't have placenta.

Postpartum preeclampsia?? Were ur bp levels raised before delivery After delivery if the bp persists to be high This means it is inherently high bp not only attributed to pregnancy
