Fear of jaundice

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am working in Assam ., Ghuwathi in last six month . From July I test my serum my total bilirubin level is 4.3 then I maintained diet then it will reduce to 3.2 in Aug 1st week .Then I go my home town take Medicine within one week it reduce to 1.4 .. then I return to Assam on sep3 ..In this month of September it will increase the bilirubin 2.3 . Is it jaundice ? clarify why it's happen again again ..
