Pap smear has to be done to rule out cervical cancer rather liquid based cytology is better ,any near by gynaecologist May do it

Cancer can't be detected by Ultrasound. Ultrasound can detect if the cancer from one organ has spread to another organ. But the diagnosis of cancer can only be given by a Pathologist. He can read the cells lying in the vagina or from a piece of tissue obtained from cervix. For more information please consult with me on Practo.
