Fatty liver MR Elastography
I have done CT Enterography and found our liver enlarged 18cm and done MRE it showing - Moderate Hepatomegaly (22.3cm) liver demonstrate 52.2% of fat fraction. MRE stiffness reveals 2.0K pascal. Is this normal ?? Or serious issue

Normal score of elastography / fibroscan ranges from 2kpa - 7kpa. Your reading of 2kpa seems ok but liver fat is 52.2% , I would suggest a recheck of fibroscan/ elastography.
