Fatigue, headaches and pain in intestant

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Since a few weeks i have been having a pressure from behind my left eye, which changes my vision, causes a strange sensation to the left side of my face and headaches. In addition now since 10 days my Colon hurts all the time except when i eat. With that i am losing all energy and cannot concentrate or remember anything.
