I have an enlarged left adrenal gland measuring 10.mm just size no andenoma, tumor or mass seen as per c.t scan,but all the hormones are excessively produces causing cushingoid and conn s features . blood cortisol 33.0 urine free cortisol 380 aldosterone 1030 seated > 830 without anti hypertensive meds high blood adrenaline levels. ACTH>normal SeruM K* 3.2 pulse 92-110 excssive secretions are dependent on cognitive brain triggers.diet e.g salt,caffeine,situation engage flight or flee
