Fatigue all day
I am noticing that I am tired all day and also not able to conc much into anything. For last 2 3 months mild headache has been developed. Eyesight is also getting affected but no weight loss, no alcohol or smoking habit. I am worried if this are sign of cancers

Fatigueness is because of lot of reasons..most commonly because of anemia. Cancer is one of the cause,but,not the only cause. Based on the other symptoms,your headache is because of decreased eyesight. Usually at this age group cancer is less common.Dont worry about that. It is advised to visit general physician and ophthalmology doc to get a eyesight checked.

Headache with decreased vision most commonly is due to refractory error. Cancer is the 2nd most common cause this symptoms specially those arise from pituitary gland.
Next Steps
1.visit ophthalmologist first n get your refraction checked for spects. 2.If above is normal then go ahead with MRI Brain plain plus contrast
